🚀 Meet the LALA Academy Trainer: Öykü Elçi Kayalı! 🌟
With a diverse range of expertise in leadership, Öykü Elçi began her journey as an Assessment Center Assessor in 2022, while also offering Teamwork training. In 2023, she achieved her Professional Coaching certification and started working as a Professional Coach under her own company. As a partner at Nöronüs Neuron Training Center, Öykü excels as an HR Consultant, Trainer, and Coach. Joining JCI in 2023, Öykü quickly made her mark, serving as the Training Director for JCI İzmir and the National Director of Training and Development for JCI Turkey in 2024. She earned the title of National Trainer at the JCI European Conference.
Now, as a LALA Trainer and Board Member responsible for the LALA project, she is dedicated to developing transformative leaders. 🌍💼
