Evaluation Criteria and Scoring System
Personal Information and Basic Requirements (10 points)
Providing complete and accurate information (5 points): Ensuring that all required personal information is fully and correctly completed.
Uploading a professional photo (5 points): Uploading a professional photo in the specified size and format.
Communication and Health Status (10 points)
Completeness of contact information (5 points): Providing complete and accurate phone, email, and address information.
Health and special conditions (5 points): Clearly and thoroughly stating health conditions and clearly expressing any special requirements, if applicable.
Creativity and Competencies (30 points)
Leadership qualities (10 points): Explaining the applicant's leadership qualities and how they have utilized them.
Problem-solving and creative thinking (10 points): Providing examples of creative problem-solving and implementing innovative strategies.
Teamwork and conflict management (10 points): Describing how conflicts were managed during teamwork and how the applicant assumed a leadership role within the team.
Education and Development (20 points)
Participation in official JCI courses (10 points): The number and variety of JCI courses attended in the past.
Other training and development programs (10 points): Participation in training programs outside of JCI and the experiences gained from these programs.
Future Plans and Motivation (30 points)
Need for leadership development and vision (10 points): Clearly expressing the applicant's need for leadership development and vision.
Expectations and goals from LALA Academy (10 points): What the applicant expects from the Academy and how they plan to use this experience in their local organizations.
Five-year goals and the role of LALA Academy (10 points): Explaining where the applicant sees themselves in five years and how the Academy will help them achieve these goals.
Evaluation Process
Stage 1: Preliminary Screening (0-50 points)
The evaluation is based on criteria such as basic information, contact details, and health status. Applicants scoring 35 points or more advance to the next stage.
Stage 2: Detailed Review (0-100 points)
The evaluation focuses on creativity and competencies, education and development, future plans, and motivation. Applicants scoring 70 points or more in this stage are presented to the evaluation committee.
Stage 3: Final Evaluation (0-200 points)
The total scores of the candidates are submitted for approval by the evaluation committee. The candidates with the highest scores are selected.
Evaluation Committee
Members: The committee is composed of experienced leaders from JCI İzmir and JCI Turkey, trainers, and sponsor representatives.
Meetings: Regular meetings are held to thoroughly review applications and compare scores.
Final Decision: The final decision is made based on the votes and scores of the committee members.
This system ensures that applications are evaluated fairly and transparently and helps select the most suitable candidates.
