Since joining JCI in 2013, Marlen has left an impressive mark. Known for her visionary leadership as the State President of JCI Bavaria, she enhanced growth across Germany as Executive Vice President of Skills Development. In 2022, she guided JCI Germany with excellence as National President. In 2023, she inspired and empowered the Nordic Country Group as JCI Vice President for Europe. Now, she is with us as the Head Trainer of LALA Academy!
